Material: 25 in-depth interviews with Russian Karelians aged 14 to 85, videos and sound pieces from our stay in 2016, karaoke, drawings (ink on paper + pencil and Karelian soil on paper), photographs from Petrozavodsk and its surroundings, gym / weightlifting weighs (constructed from logs), pull up bars, pole-dancing pole made of christmas tree, an assortment of stereotype toys for children,
advertising from the streets of Petrozavodsk, site-specific charcoal drawing, drawings from the collaboration with the National Museum of the Republic of Karelia (collected material from visitors describing what Karelian means to them), objects and edibles that will be found or bought on spot in Petrozavodsk during our planned stay in January 2018, objects in combination or solo (objects that were collected in Petrozavodsk during our stay in 2016), prints showing the planned new design for the Wish Tree in Petrozavodsk (a commissioned work that was first supposed to be finished in June 2017, then postponed to September 2017 and perhaps will be accomplished in spring 2018), traditional Karelian music instruments, wooden sculptures and masks, red and blue wall paint, lots of blinking christmas tree decorations, christmas lights etc. armwrestling table + 2 fitting chairs, tree log with nail-hitting contest (log, hammer, big nails), dimensions variable

"Community" approved sketch of commissioned public work in the city of Petrozavodsk, Karelia, Russian Federation.
Fiberglass reinforced tree painted in chrome and reflective color with birdhouses in different colors. "Community", in addition to being a public art piece, also aims to save the Starling bird by nests specifically adapted to the Starling,
which is almost extinct in the region. Ornitologist Sergej Simonov has been advisor in the design of the bird houses. "Community" will be finished by end of June 2017.

In 2015 the project called ”The Other” started in Mostar led by Alte Schweden member Joakim Hanson & photographer Sofia Runarsdotter. It has involved youths and young adults from Mostar. Workshops, seminars, presentations and discussions have been arranged in order to lead up to a collection of images of how the participants see their hometown of Mostar.
Participants of the project are: Marin Milićević, Adnan Gološ, Anis Karadža, Anita Krtalić, Dino Primorac, Vlatka Lučic, Daria Ćorić, Sanja Majić, Amina Roksa and Vladana Perlić.
